Job Summary
Responsible for effective implementation of the Quality Management System requirements as per relevant issued documents
Responsible for Product Quality and to initiate the corrective and preventive actions against problems observed during production processes
Responsible for arranging Jigs and fixtures required for technicians in co-ordination with DGM Production
Ensure the processes are carried out as per documented process work Instructions, drawings and instructions as per QMS
In depth understanding of Quality Systems and processes Knowledge of Indian and International codes, modern production processes and practices Responsible for reporting of daily production progress reports to DGM Production
Responsible for making production data analysis job card wise and month wise
Responsible for ensuring all the process records are dully filled and followed
Responsible for maintaining of the daily MIS records
Responsible for giving request for indenting the production consumables
