Job Summary
Responsible to plan for overall production activities as per directions given by the Head Plant Operations
Responsible to execute the work assigned by the Head Plant Operations
Responsible for production planning & controlling according the job cards issued by SCM
Responsible for production and shift scheduling
Responsible to plan and implement methodologies to improve productivity
Responsible for process yield losses and throughput
Responsible for controlling of breakage / process rejection rates
Responsible for accountability for the raw materials consumed for production Responsible for identifying the training needs for all employees of the related to the production department
Responsible for appropriate storage, preservation and handling of materials in the process area
Responsible for implementing or developing the jigs and fixtures required for production in coordination with Engineering / Technical / Maintenance team
Responsible for effective implementation of QMS

Roles & Responsibility
Authorized to review work orders issued by Marketing and resolving any incomplete, ambiguous or conflicting requirements as per QMS
Authorized to approve the work instructions, drawings, specifications and engineering changes as applicable to the production
Authorized to initiate, implement, and verify corrective & preventive actions in manufacturing activity
