Job Summary
Reporting into the VP-Technical of the region and managing production functions comprising a team of 300+ workforce
Roles & Responsibility
Developing plant production plans that are aligned with the requirements of customer and as communicated by VPTechnical
Driving the production as per the production plan ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality and environment norms in order to meet the budgeted production targets
Monitoring the packaging of technical products based on the requirements of the customer Monitoring the availability of manpower and other resources in the plant to ensure that the labor-intensive work is interrupted
Communicate strategy and results to the unit's employees
Interacting with the management, marketing & commercial functions & other functional heads to update on the production activities (planned vs
actual), coordinating on preventive maintenance, planning daily production and coordinating to ensure safe operations of the plant
Ensuring that manufacturing plans are converted to targets for plant personnel, plant budget is optimally utilized and Customer Satisfaction by attaining agreed QAP
Planning and fulfilling capacity manufacturing plans by managing the manufacturing processes in a manner that maximize productivity without compromising on quality
