Job Summary
Responsible for maintenance of high precision automatic equipment with robots and PLC Knowledge of SCADA System

Roles & Responsibility
Responsible for the Entire factory equipment and machinery maintenance activities
Vender follow ups in house project, improvement & Implementation of new technical To monitor and ensure that the incoming, in process and Final inspections are done as per procedures
To liaison with inspecting authority
To suggest and implement preventive and corrective actions to reduce rejections
Responsible for periodical maintenance schedule ling for Generator, Air compressor, Vacuum pumps, Silicon dia phram sheet And silicon rubber cord Annual Electrical inspection and approval document from electrical inspect orator
To ensure indenting right material required quantity to rectify the problem
To co-ordinate with all departments finding their needs and filling timely Responsible for effective implementation of Quality Management System requirements
Responsible for overall supervision of the stores activities Responsible for publish the production work instructions
