Job Summary
To ensure indenting of the materials as per production plans / work orders
To identify the shortage material and follow up
To coordinate with production and purchase personnel for procurement of raw materials
To review the production progress and to update the plan

Roles & Responsibility
To monitor and review the work order status To liaison with inspecting authority
To execute the work as assigned by the HPO Responsible for overall supervision of the stores activities To review and dispose off the non-conforming materials in stores
To liaison with the Excise and Bank Authorities and other statutory Bodies
Reconciliation of all materials Responsible for timely delivery of goods and gets receipt which ensures date and quantity of delivered goods
Responsible for making a progress graph of stores dealing and keeping track development rate of stores easily Responsible for maintaining a daily consumption report of goods and availability status, inform daily progress to SCM Responsible for developing some cost reducing strategies over all activities of stores Responsibility to keep track on daily work of stores with the billing status
Responsible to be ensuring about the security of stock in Stores
Overseeing stock control & processing orders Keeping stock control systems up to date
Planning future capacity requirements
