Job Summary
Provide leadership and direction to QA/QC team Responsible for Quality assurance of all raw materials, in process & finished products
Maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) through documented systems and processes at Site which is aligned to the Quality Policy of the company
Roles & Responsibility
Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to the quality control functions Contribute towards development of quality standards for raw materials & in-process product and also product specifications for finished products Ensure effective implementation and adherence to the plan of inspection activities related to incoming raw material and in-process materials and components, processes and finished goods
Ensure corrective actions are taken by the respective departments on the observations made during the quality inspections Periodically monitor and track performance of various processes with respect to internal process quality standards; analyze failures and coordinate corrective action plans with respective user departments
Ensure effective PV module testing through advanced understanding of the product; Propose deployment of inspection equipment’s/ machines to enable robust quality checking Facilitate the conduct of quality audits by external agencies and ensure corrective actions on the observations/NonConformance Reports (NCRs) if any
