NanoPV's vertically integrated manufacturing spans the full PV value chain — from proprietary nanocrystalline silicon cell fabrication to finished module assembly, testing, and certification. Our patented TCLO technology delivers industry-leading energy yields at the world's lowest cost per watt.

All production at our Americus, Georgia facility — 800MW modules 1GW US solar cells, 425M investment for solar cell and modules 10GW expansion in three years.

Three cell architectures: amorphous + nanocrystalline silicon thin film (proprietary TCLO), high-efficiency PERC monocrystalline half-cells, and NPV-Type cells delivering up to 695 Wp per module. All IEC, UL, TUV, CE, and RoHS certified with 25-year warranty.
