Responsible for effective implementation of the Quality Management System, product quality, corrective and preventive actions, arranging jigs and fixtures, and ensuring processes follow documented work instructions and QMS standards.
Plan overall production activities, execute work as directed by Head Plant Operations, handle production planning and scheduling, implement productivity improvement methodologies, and manage process yield and throughput.
Responsible for product quality on the floor, informing line supervisors of any problems or abnormal conditions, and coordinating jigs and fixtures with shift supervisors and production management.
Reporting to the VP-Technical, managing all production functions comprising a team of 300+ workforce. Responsible for strategic production oversight, resource allocation, and operational excellence across the facility.
Responsible for maintenance of high-precision automatic equipment with robots and PLC systems. Must have knowledge of SCADA systems. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across the manufacturing facility.
Manage material indenting as per production plans, identify shortage materials, coordinate procurement with production and purchasing teams, and review production progress to update planning accordingly.
Provide leadership and direction to the QA/QC team. Responsible for quality assurance of all raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products. Maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) aligned to the company's quality policy.
Ensure all staff associated with manufacturing are trained in key quality activities and processes. Promote safe work practices, analyze quality trends, and report monthly on departmental performance and activities.
Lead process optimization and root cause analysis using scientific and engineering principles. Implement product quality improvements, create and refine standard work procedures, and drive process adherence throughout the workforce.
Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing products. Confirm quality conformance to specifications, assist in tracking and documenting quality levels, and report on environmental, health, and safety KPIs.
